Evolution: the grand theory of biology?

There are Christians who don't see evolutionary theory as opposed to Christian faith while there are Christians who see evolutionary theory as 'Devil's' design. Is it a fight worth taking part or are we wasting our time fighting against evolutionary theory?

The Bible is infallible in matters regarding faith and conduct. But does Bible speak against evolution or can one accept both Bible and evolution?

Is evolution a scientific theory or is it a religion?

Hebrews 11:3
"By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible."

If there is no historic Adam formed by God from dust, there is no historic sin that came by his transgression, then Jesus need not have died and the whole gospel is false. Christian belief starts from believing genesis 1:1.
